Immunizations

We are responsible to the

Idaho Department of Health and Welfare to maintain immunization records on each child in attendance.

Your child must be current on all immunizations or have a valid signed  Idaho Child Care Immunization Requirements Exemption form before they attend.

All children enrolled and attending the nursery must be current on their immunizations.  There will be no exceptions, even with an valid exemption form.

You will need to bring a copy of your child’s immunization records for us to keep in your child’s file.

We are able to access immunization records on IRIS  if  shots were given in Idaho.

Please bring in all updated immunization records as you get their shots.
